About West Vault Mining

West Vault Mining (WVM) was formed shortly after the successful sale of West Timmins Mining in 2009 to focus on gold development properties in North America. Today WVM has a robust advanced-stage precious metals project in Southern Nevada

In 2014 WVM acquired a 75% interest in the Hasbrouck Gold Project located between Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, and consolidating to a 100% interest in 2020. The Project consists of two oxide gold-silver deposits on 10,500 acre of prospective land in the historically prolific Tonopah region. By the end of 2018, WVM had added a further 1,300 acres, including the Hill of Gold deposit.

WVM’s management team has a depth of experience in value-adding mining transactions, ranging from takeovers to mergers and mine construction, and has successfully founded multiple precious metals exploration and development companies:

  • West Timmins Mining (WTM:TSX.V): taken over in 2009 by Lake Shore Gold Corp for C$424 million
  • MAG Silver (MAG:TSX): an emerging Mexican silver producer
  • Platinum Group Metals (PTM:TSX): South African platinum developer which discovered and is developing the 35 million ounce Waterberg Deposit.
